Kevin M. Burch, CPC, President/CEO: Originally from San Antonio, Texas, Kevin graduated from the University of North Texas in May of 1992 with a Bachelor of Arts in Radio/Television and Film. After spending over a year in Dallas to work in the Radio business as both an On-Air personality and an Account Executive, Kevin joined the Recruiting Industry. After proving his success in the Insurance Recruiting Industry, Kevin joined QuestPro in August of 1996 where he joined Lauren Levinson in building the foundation of what is now considered to be one of the premier Insurance Recruiting firms in the Nation, QuestPro Consultants. In March of 2006 Kevin took another step forward by becoming the President and CEO of both QuestPro Consultants and Q-TEMPS (Sister company specializing in Temporary Staffing for the Insurance Industry).
Since joining QuestPro, the staff has grown exponentially, besides hiring, training and managing the day-to-day activities of the entire staff of Researchers and Recruiters, Kevin also continues to work in the business succeeding as one of the top producer’s at QuestPro. Kevin also is currently on both the Metroplex Association of Personnel Consultants and Texas Association of Personnel Consultants Boards.

Robin Bland, CPC, Partner: Robin began her career as an insurance recruiter in 1995 after various roles in management and training for fortune 500 companies. During her tenure at QuestPro, she has consistently ranked as the top producer and has been named the top recruiter by the Metroplex of Professional Consultants in 2010 and top 15 by the Texas Association of Professional Consultants. In 2007 she was inducted into the Pinnacle Society; a group of the top 75 recruiters in North America (www.pinnaclesociety.org).
Robin’s clients range from the largest insurance companies in the world to small family owned businesses. In addition to her recruiting, Robin is an award winning public speaker and has completed advanced training with Anthony Robbins in the areas of personal and professional development and growth, training and peak performance . Robin is a graduate from the University of Texas and holds advanced degrees from the University of Texas at Dallas.

Debbie Hubbell, CTS, Vice President of Sales: Debbie was employed by QuestPro for three years as Division Director Q-Temps and most recently as Vice President of Sales for both companies. She oversees the strategic sales direction globally of both Questpro Consultants and Q TEMPS.
Previously, she held the position as Vice President Strategic Accounts for 3 years at Corporate Express, a $6 billion global office products company where she worked with Fortune 1000 companies on implementing national account programs.
Born and raised in Texas, Debbie attended University of Houston. She is a devoted wife and mom; loves to travel, golf, and ski and help people!

Johnny Park, CPC, Assistant Vice President of Operations : Johnny graduated from Boston University with a Bachelors in Business Administration with a concentration in Organizational Behavior in 1999. After a short stint with a mutual fund company in Boston, he moved back to the Dallas/Fort Worth area and joined QuestPro in January 2000. He is currently a Senior Recruiter who has built a solid client and candidate base across the country. He is a Certified Personnel Consultant (since 2001). At the beginning of 2006, Johnny was promoted to Operations Manager, overseeing the systems for the company as well as managing our research department.

Jillanna Pomelow, CPC/PHR, Partner: Jillanna joined QuestPro Consultants as a Recruiter in the summer of 2000. She attributes her success to her attention to providing results driven service to clients by continuously recruiting high demand insurance professionals in the Managed Care and Claims arena. Jillanna holds a Bachelors degree in Business Communications from Baylor University and a Masters in Human Resources from DBU. Since 2003 she has been named one of the Metroplex’s top recruiters.

R. Trent Bush, CPC, Senior Recruiter/Trainer: Originally from Houston, Texas, Trent graduated from the University of Texas with a Bachelor of Arts in Russian Language. After spending over 6 years recruiting professional employees in the retained, contracting, and corporate arenas, he moved to QuestPro to focus on assisting Insurance companies with their Human Capital needs. Ben Volkmer, CPC, Recruiter: Ben joined the QuestPro team in June of 2007. He began his career in the insurance industry and eventually moved into accounting, where he recruited clients for several CPA firms in the DFW area. Ben is excited about building his network in the recruiting community and is looking forward to a long, fruitful career with the company.

Colt Bewley, Recruiter: Colt joined the QuestPro team in May of 2010. Prior to joining, Colt was a researcher and recruiter in the Physician Staffing Industry. He grew up in Bonham, TX and attended Austin College in Sherman, TX, where he graduated in May, 2005 with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration. Erin Suttle, Recruiter: Erin joined the QuestPro team in June of 2010. The newest addition to our research team. Erin, originally from Dallas, TX, is a Augest 2006 graduate from Texas Tech University. She graduated with a Bachelors degree in Comunnications. She has been working in a recruiting related field for over 3 years now and has over a year of experience in the insurance industry. Sasha Begovic, Recruiter: Sasha graduated from Texas A&M University in May of 2010 with a Bachelors of Arts in English Literature. Originally from Cape Town, South Africa, Sasha travelled all the way to Texas to pursue an education and joined the QuestPro team in July of 2010. He hopes to build upon previous recruiting experience and utilize his unique outlook and skill set in support of the QuestPro team.

Vance Selin, Recruiter: He started his career as an Advertising/Marketing and IT recruiter on the west coast for just over four years. He then spent seven years running two web based companies before returning to the passion of his life, Recruiting! Vance joined Questpro in March 2011 with a goal to redevelop his recruiting skills and work his way to the top of the sales ladder at the company, he believes his sales skills and desire to help others, will make him a long term top producer for years to come.
Jamie Barnes, Office Manager: Jamie joined the QuestPro/Q-TEMPS team in April 2004. She started her career with Q-TEMPS as a recruiter and in the last 3 years has transitioned into the role of Office Manager for the company. Jamie graduated from Texas Tech University in 1996 with a Bachelors degree in Restaurant, Hotel and Institutional Management.
