Kevin M. Burch, CPC,
President/CEO
Originally from San Antonio, Texas, Kevin graduated from the University of North Texas in May of 1992 with a Bachelor of Arts in Radio/Television and Film. After spending over a year in Dallas to work in the Radio business as both an On-Air personality and an Account Executive, Kevin joined the Recruiting Industry. After proving his success in the Insurance Recruiting Industry, Kevin joined QuestPro in August of 1996 where he joined Lauren Levinson in building the foundation of what is now considered to be one of the premier Insurance Recruiting firms in the Nation, QuestPro Consultants.
Since joining QuestPro, the staff has grown exponentially and Kevin is now responsible for all staff in his current role as President/CEO. Besides hiring, training and managing the day-to-day activities of the entire staff of Researchers and Recruiters, Kevin also continues to work in the business by constantly succeeding as the top producer at QuestPro. In March of 2006 Kevin took another step forward by becoming the President and CEO of both QuestPro Consultants and Q-TEMPS (Sister company specializing in Temporary Staffing for the Insurance Industry. Kevin also is the current President of the Metroplex Association of Personnel Consultants and a Member of the Texas Association of Personnel Consultants Board.
Robin Bland, CPC, Senior Recruiter/Training Manager: Robin began her career as an insurance recruiter in 1995 after various roles in management and training for fortune 500 companies. During her tenure at QuestPro, she has consistently ranked as the top producer and has been named one of the top 5 recruiters by the Metroplex of Professional Consultants and top 15 by the Texas Association of Professional Consultants. In 2007 she was inducted into the Pinnacle Society; a group of the top 75 recruiters in North America (www.pinnaclesociety.org).
Robin's clients range from the largest insurance companies in the world to small family owned businesses. In addition to her recruiting, Robin is an award winning public speaker and has completed advanced training with Anthony Robbins in the areas of personal and professional development and growth, training and peak performance . Robin is a graduate from the University of Texas and holds advanced degrees from the University of Texas at Dallas.
Johnny Park, CPC, Senior Recruiter/Operations Manager graduated from Boston University with a Bachelors in Business Administration with a concentration in Organizational Behavior in 1999. After a short stint with a mutual fund company in Boston, he moved back to the Dallas/Fort Worth area and joined QuestPro in January 2000. He is currently a Senior Recruiter who has built a solid client and candidate base across the country. He is a Certified Personnel Consultant (since 2001). At the beginning of 2006, Johnny was promoted to Operations Manager, overseeing the systems for the company as well as managing our newly created research department.
Jillanna Pomelow, CPC/PHR, Senior Recruiter joined QuestPro Consultants as a Recruiter in the summer of 2000. She attributes her success to her attention to providing results driven service to clients by continuously recruiting high demand insurance professionals in the Managed Care and Claims arena. Jillanna holds a Bachelors degree in Business Communications from Baylor University and a Masters in Human Resources from DBU. Since 2003 she has been named one of the Metroplex's top recruiters and was one of the top 30 in the State of Texas in 2007.
R. Trent Bush, CPC, Senior Recruiter, Originally from Houston, Texas, Trent graduated from the University of Texas with a Bachelor of Arts in Russian Language. After spending over 6 years recruiting professional employees in the retained, contracting, and corporate arenas, he moved to QuestPro to focus on assisting Insurance companies with their Human Capital needs. Since joining QuestPro in 2001, Trent has been a consistent member of the QuestPro President's Club, is a former Employee of the Year, and has been named a "Top 20 Producer" by the Metroplex Association of Personnel Consultants 3 out of the last 4 years.
Jodi Hulsey, CPC, Senior Recruiter joined QuestPro in 2001 after a 10 year sales and sales management career in the advertising industry. Although she had no prior recruiting experience she was anxious to take her sales skills into a new industry. Over the past few years, Jodi has enjoyed learning the insurance industry and has worked her way up to Senior Recruiter with in the company as well as being honored as one of the Metroplex's top 20 recruiters the last two years.
Monte Mann, CPC, Recruiter joined the QuestPro team in 2004 after a career in sales and recruiting. Monte wanted to join the recruiting field because of his desire to help others develop and expand their careers as well as help employers strengthen their workforces. Since joining QuestPro Monte has consistently been a part of the Presidents Club for exceeding production goals and has been voted Mr. Integrity by his peers at QuestPro. Monte received his Bachelors of Business Administration from Abilene Christian University in 1994, he recently received his CPC designation and is continuing to contribute more and more to the QuestPro team. Monte has a wife and three sons at home and enjoys running, coaching basketball, and outdoor activities.
Yoojin Lee, Recruiter has been with QuestPro since Febuary 2006. She was our first hire for our research department. In August of 2007 she was promoted to Recruiter. She graduated from the University of North Texas in 2004 with a degree in Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management. She has previous research experience working for AGResearch using various Internet search and cold calling techniques to generate new names and contacts. She has already made our research department a very succesful division and now looks to become the next top producer on the recruiting side.
Mark Stanga, Recruiter originally from Plano, Texas, he joined the QuestPro team in September of 2006. He is a veteran of the United States Air Force, where he was stationed at Travis Air Force Base, California. He was a Survival Equipment Technician as well as a Medical Administration Assistant during his time in service. He supported Operation Southern Watch and Operation Enduring Freedom at Prince Sultan Air Base, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in the winter of 2001. He also supported these operations at Ali Al Salem Air Base, Kuwait, during the summer of 2002. He is a 2006 graduate of Chapman University in Orange, California, where he earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. He is excited about his career change and is ready to add value and make a difference at QuestPro!
Jason Simmons, Recruiter joined the QuestPro team in September of 2006. Jason is a May 2006 graduate from The University of Mississippi with degrees in Advertising and Human Resource management. Jason is a driven, highly competiteve individual who will make an impact on the QuestPro team. He is very excited about his position and has lofty aspirations for his career at QuestPro.
Jim Cannon, Researcher has been with QuestPro since September 2006. Jim is an expansion of the hugely successful research department created in early 2006. He graduated from St. Edward’s University in Austin, TX in 2006 with a degree in Business Administration focusing on Operations Management. Jim is excited about his opportunities with QuestPro and hopes to grow into a talented researcher and one day a successful recruiter.
Ben Volkmer, Recruiter joined the QuestPro team in June of 2007. Ben began his career in the insuance industry and eventually moved into accounting, where he recruited clients for several CPA firms in the DFW area. Ben is excited about building his network in the recruiting community and is looking forward to a long, fruitful career with the company.
Whitney Hyatt, Researcher joined the QuestPro team in August of 2007. She is the third addition to the flourishing research department. Whitney, originally from Dallas, TX, is a December 2006 graduate from the University of Mississippi. She graduated with a Bachelors degree in Business Administration concentrating on Marketing. She is very excited about her position with QuestPro and is anxious to jump start her career. She aspires to one day be a successful recruiter here at QuestPro.
Marcie Burns, Recruiter joined the QuestPro team in August 2007. She is a 2004 graduate from the University of North Texas with a degree in Communications. Marcie's career in recruiting began in 2005 working for JohnMarch Partners, Inc., an executive and management retained search firm in the healthcare industry. She is excited about being a member of the QuestPro team and is eager to build her network in the insurance industry to become a highly successful recruiter for the company.
Jessica Cross, Researcher joined the QuestPro team in July of 2008. She is the third addition to the flourishing research department. Jessica, originally from Colorado Springs, CO. is an August 2007 graduate from Texas A&M University. She graduated with a Bachelors degree in Human Resources and Development with a Business minor. Jessie is excited for the new challenges and opportunities that exist within QuestPro and is looking forward to a long career with the QuestPro team!
