JOB TITLE: QGrads Director/Recruiter

Job Summary:

The person in this role will manage the full recruiting cycle of our QGrads division, including client sourcing, client relations, candidate recruiting and candidate coordinating. This person will also attend events and meeting that may be outside of regular business hours. There’s also some public speaking that is required for this role. Outside of QGrads, you will also help the other Questpro divisions with their recruiting needs, as necessary.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Requires attendance of events outside of regular work hours
  • Requires overnight travel during the two peak seasons of college career fairs
  • Administer the campus recruiting strategy, including identifying new clients
  • Utilize CRM database in order to track and report on opportunities and interview activity, as relates to clients and candidates
  • Builds relationships with candidates, existing clients, and prospective clients
  • Manage communication with campus careers services, Gamma Iota Sigma (GIS) chapters, University RMI program leaders
  • Participate in campus events such as speaker panels, GIS meetings, career fairs
  • Role requires some public speaking
  • Liaise with social media strategist to align activities with brand strategy and achieve a consist message
  • Utilize Handshake and other online recruiting forums to source candidates and post job opportunities
  • Actively market QGrads to existing Questpro and QTemps clients
  • Work with Questpro and QTemps recruiters as needed

Job Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
  • Able to track applicants in recruiting database
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Exceptional client and candidate service focus
  • Strong organization skills
  • Ability to work efficiently while managing multiple projects at varying points in recruiting cycle
  • Passion for developing your own role and drive to really expand the QGrad division
  • A minimum of 2-4 years’ experience in HR, recruiting, sales or related discipline
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent work experience
